Kids Crossing New Life-2

Welcome to Kids Crossing!

Children’s Ministry: Children from infant – 6th grade

At Kids Crossing, kids enter a space of their own — where they can learn to make the wise choice, treat others the way they want to be treated, and trust God no matter what! Children are cared for and taught in a safe, creative and fun environment. We believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud, and good leaders always care!

Kids Crossing is offered during the 9 a.m. & 11 a.m. weekend worship services and classes are divided according to age/grade. We are dedicated to partnering with parents so that children can experience the love and truth of Jesus as their Savior and friend. We want the children to be able to take home and apply what they learn with us so that their spiritual journey can continue and grow. We believe that the greatest impact on a child happens when the church and the family synchronize their efforts. Together, we can grow stronger kids in Christ!

Common Questions

ORANGE is a strategy. It’s what happens when you combine yellow and red to make a greater impact on the spiritual lives of kids. The church is the light of the world and represents yellow. The love of the family is the heart of the home and represents red. ORANGE happens when the church and family work together to show who God is to the younger generation. Synchronizing the efforts of the church and family can incite wonder, provoke discovery, and fuel passion in the hearts of sons and daughters. We want them to see God for who He is, see themselves as God sees them, and love others as God loves. At Kids Crossing, we want to partner with parents to have a greater impact in the lives of kids!
The safety of children is a top priority at Kids Crossing. From matching parent and child security tags to ensuring that every volunteer is screened with an interview and a national background check, we go to great lengths to ensure that each environment is a safe experience for all children.
ParentCue is an online tool that allows parents to continue at home the lesson learned at church. The goal is to help equip parents with tools that they can incorporate into their daily routine, whether you are sitting at the dinner table or riding in the car. The app provides discussion points, activities and games, and even videos that teach the weekly bible story. You can download the ParentCue app on your smart phone for $1.99. If you would like a paper copy of ParentCue, please ask your child’s classroom leader. If you are anything like us, you don’t need more activities; you need your activity to matter more! We want to help cue you so that you can make the most of the time you spend with your kids.
